Name, registered office, financial year
The association bears the name „Kürtener Tafel e.V.“ and has its registered office in Kürten. It is entered in the register of associations.
Purpose of the association
The purpose of the association is to support people in need by collecting and passing on food in perfect condition that is no longer being sold commercially.
Charitable status
The association acts selflessly and pursues exclusively and directly charitable and benevolent purposes within the meaning of the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung).
Membership
Any natural or legal person who supports the purpose of the association may become a member. The board decides on the written application for admission.
Membership fees
Membership fees are charged to members. Their amount and due date are set by the members' meeting.
Bodies of the association
The bodies of the association are the members' meeting and the board.
